A lot of love and care has gone into developing Its-precious products and we are so confident that you'll love them we are offering a 14 day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by contacting "support@its-precious.com“ and include your order number in the email. Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.

● Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.

● Our Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply to any products bought during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.

● The customer is only able to make a claim once and it must be their first order on ”its-precious .com“. If you have previously bought from us, unfortunately you aren't eligible to lodge a money back claim.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
